Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, commonly known as AOT, has its headquarters located at 333 Cherdwutagard Road, Sikan Sub-district, Don Mueang District, Bangkok Thailand, 10210. AOT is a state-owned enterprise operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, with the Ministry of Finance serving as the major shareholder. The company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the Services Industry sector, specifically in the Transportation and Logistics business category, on September 30, 2002. At that time, it transformed from the Airports Authority of Thailand into the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited through corporatization under the securities symbol ” AOT “.

AOT operates exclusively in the airport services business within Thailand, managing six airports under its responsibility: Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang International Airport, Chiang Mai International Airport, Hat Yai International Airport, Phuket International Airport, and Mae Fah Luang – Chiang Rai International Airport. These airports provide both domestic and international flight services, with Suvarnabhumi Airport serving as the country’s main aviation hub.

*Central Bankruptcy Court has issued the company an absolute receivership order since 30 June 2015, and declared bankruptcy since 12 May 2018. The official receiver is currently collecting assets to repay debts owed to creditors. AOT has submitted an application for a debt repayment as a creditor No. 430 with total debt amount of 76,545,226 Baht.
